This page contains the tool presented on the article "Interactive Correlation Environment (ICE) - a statistical web tool for data collinearity analysis" which allows the generation of a 2D color correlation plot for data collinearity analysis. The elaboration of a 2D correlation plot is a statistical technique which allows the quantification of dependence (correlation) of a dependent variable over some independent variables. As shown on the article, this technique can be applied to estimate biogeochemical parameters through spectral data, such as the concentrations of: chlorophyll-a, phycocyanin, soil salinity, types of soil and leaf nitrogen. The tool allows the visualization, interaction and download of the 2D correlation plot. If the tool was not satisfactory for your needs, feel free to contact us for possible discussions (hidrosfera@dsr.inpe.br).
