Time: from 5:00 pm to 6:30pm

Location: Hall of the Technical Exhibition

1) All presenters of  papers, upon their arrival to the event in João Pessoa, or on the eve of its presentation, shall confirm the respective presentation at Technical Secretariat.

2) If the first author is unable to attend, the paper may be presented only by one of the co-authors.

3) The presenter of the paper must be mandatorily registered at the event;

4) The author who needs any kind of support for his/her presentation, should look for the Technical Secretariat, which is prepared to attend exclusively authors and presenters of works;

5) The poster should be approximately 0.90m wide x 1.20m high (see a photo from the previous event);

6) It is the responsibility of the presenter to place the poster where indicated. The panels where the posters are fixed will be numbered sequentially, as presented in the printed Technical Program. The poster can be displayed with a double-sided tape, or hung with a lanyard on top.

7) All posters must be mounted until 10:00 am, on the day of the presentation;

8) The presenter of the paper must be imperatively  close to his/her poster in the period from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm;

9) Withdrawing of the poster must be made after 6:30 pm from the same day of the presentation. If the author does not remove his/her poster, it will be done by the Technical Secretariat, being discarded;

10) Presentations should be made in the language the paper was written, that is, i.e. papers written in English must be presented in English.

AWARDS -  SCIENTIFIC VISUAL COMMUNICATION

Nine (09) papers presented in the Poster Sessions will be awarded by the Event Organization. Awards Committees will be formed to select the best works in each day.

The award will be made during the Closing Ceremony of the event, April 29th, Thursday at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium. The award can be delivered to the presenter or co-author of the paper.
